The things that actually go wrong, what causes each, and what to do about it.
My deposit has not shown up
Give it a minuteMost deposits appear within 60 seconds. Re-open 👛 Wallet & Funds or send /balance to refresh rather than waiting on the old message.Right address, wrong chain?The single most common cause. EVM chains share one address, but Solana, TON and TRON each have their own. Check the chain label that was printed above the address.Sent a token instead of gas?You need the chain's native coin for gas — SOL, ETH, BNB and so on. A wallet holding only tokens cannot transact.My buy failed or was refused
It said the token is unsafeThat is the bot working. The card names the failing check — usually sellability. See Reading the safety card.No routeThere is no verified way to trade it on that chain. On Monad, MegaETH and Tempo this is by design — see Supported chains.Slippage too lowFast-moving tokens need more room. Raise slippage in settings and retry.Not enough gasYou need native coin spare on top of the trade amount.My sell did not fire
Check Active ordersOpen 🎯 Active orders. If it is not listed, it was never armed.Two positions, one tokenA wallet holds ONE balance per token. If two positions share a wallet, an exit from one can close the other. Keep one position per token per wallet.Liquidity vanishedIf the pool was pulled there is nothing to sell into. This is a rug, not a bug — and it is what the safety checks exist to reduce.The chart is sparse or empty
Chart history comes from public sources that rate-limit us. Coverage is strong on the major chains and thinner on the long tail; on a quiet token you may see gaps.
ℹ️ Note
We would rather show a gappy honest chart than a smooth invented one.If a chart looks thin, the price, trades and safety data beside it are still live and correct — and improving this is active work, not a known-and-ignored issue.
I am not getting alerts
Did you start the bot?Telegram will not let a bot DM you until you have tapped Start on it once.Muted?Send /unstfu, and check /myalerts for what is actually armed.Thresholds too tightCheck /settings — an alert that never triggers usually has a threshold nothing reaches.I am not ranked / my score looks wrong
Ranking needs resolved callsA call has to resolve before it scores. Open positions do not count.Is the bot in the room?SWARM only sees rooms it has been added to. Add it to your group.Profile hidden?If you sent /scores off your profile is hidden externally. Send /scores on to show it.Check it directlySend /me to the bot for your current standing.Still stuck
