Terms of service

The terms that apply to using SWARM.

In short: SWARM publishes measurements, not advice. You are responsible for your own trades, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy anything.

1. Acceptable use

SWARM is an analytics tool. It is not a trading platform, signal service, or investment advisor. Don't use SWARM to harass anyone, scrape data outside your own connected groups, or circumvent rate limits.

2. Subscriptions

Plans bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time in the billing portal — access continues until the end of your paid period. We do not refund partial months.

3. No financial advice

Scores, reports, and the directory are analytics over public messages, not investment recommendations. Past performance of any member does not predict future outcomes. You are solely responsible for trading decisions you make.

4. Service availability

We target 99% monthly uptime but make no warranty. Telegram and our price-resolver APIs may degrade independently of us.

5. Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, harass other users, or attempt to bypass technical controls. You can delete your account any time — see the privacy page.
